All employees below can donate directly to FC-CIS, pre-tax, through payroll deduction. At $10 per month, employees become Patron Circle members! The reduction in an employees paycheck is less than the donation as they avoid the taxes that would have been paid on the income, including FICA as well as income tax, resulting in significant savings.
